Your nutrition plan is customised based on your goal and preferences. I Will of course take into consideration things such as allergies, time for cooking, money for grocery shopping, preferences, your hunger levels and appetite.
It does not matter how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you get will fit your level and take into consideration injuries. Your plan will be designed around your preference whether you want to work out in a gym, at home or outdoors. I will also create a plan using the equipment you have at home if you have any. You will have a fully descriptive plan with exercise videos to follow for guidance.
All available via my app, allowing you to take your workout and nutrition guides with you wherever you go and gives you my support and guidance in your pocket. You will be able to contact me via the app anytime.
