Your nutrition plan is customised based on your goal and preferences. I Will of course take into consideration things such as allergies, time for cooking, money for grocery shopping, preferences, your hunger levels and appetite.
It does not matter how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you get will fit your level and take into consideration injuries. Your plan will be designed around your preference whether you want to work out in a gym, at home or outdoors. I will also create a plan using the equipment you have at home if you have any. You will have a fully descriptive plan with exercise videos to follow for guidance.
You get 1-to-1 coaching by me personally and regular check-ins every week so I can make any appropriate changes to your plan if required.
You get your own online VIP-client page and access to my client only app, where you have to do weekly check-ins. I use that information to adjust your training and nutrition.
My goal is to help you realise yours. Based on your progression I will change your nutrition and training depending on our weekly check ins and your progression.
All available via my app, allowing you to take your workout and nutrition guides with you wherever you go and gives you my support and guidance in your pocket. You will be able to contact me via the app anytime.

Taking in to account if you want to workout from home with or without equipment. Together we will monitor your progress and make regular adjustments to advance and challenge you.

You can’t out train a poor nutritional plan! Myself & my team of nutritional experts are here to help you thrive! We will create you a perfect tasty nutritious plan to give your body the most nutrient rich foods tailored to your goals & preferences, cooking time and budget with a full macro breakdown & recipe cooking instructions. You will never be in a calorie prison of restricted calories.
