SHEJLA’S INCREDIBLE WEIGHT LOSS : 11.7kg (25.80lbs) IN ONLY 16 WEEKS HAS HELPED HER FEEL FIT, STRONG & CONFIDENT

Back in August 2022, Shejla enquired about my online coaching program wanting to feel comfortable in her own body. Shejla is a highly successful accountant but really hoped to feel like herself again as she takes on a new job position. Her exact words:

“I really want to go back to my real self. Over the past 6 years I have gained over 20kg. Although I have been losing and gaining kilos over time, I think it is time for me to do something about it that will stick with me. I am starting a new job position in September and this gives me back 2 hours of my day which I have decided to dedicate to my new regime. I want to lose those 20 kg and gain strength.”
